1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number).

    • Items marked as “Gbanjo” or “As-Is” are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used accessories (earphones, chargers, cables)

  • Items damaged due to user error (e.g., water damage, screen cracks, electrical damage)

  • Software purchases or digital products

  • Items not purchased directly from Olusesi.com or verified sales channels


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless stated otherwise by our support team.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
